Welcome to the Sacred Heart Parish School Families and Staff Support Association (FSSA) page.

FSSA is dedicated to the development of a familial and Christian, Catholic Community.

The main purpose of this group is to promote a parent-teacher relationship that enhances the principles of the Catholic education process, to support general school activities and community relationships, to organize and direct fundraising events for the school, and to act as a liaison between parents and school.

Meetings are held in the evening and all parents are welcome to attend.

FSSA Q&A

What is the difference between FSSA and the School Board?
FSSA's main purpose is to organize school activities and fundraisers. The School Board deals with strategic planning and overall school funding.

How does FSSA get its get funding?
Currently, FSSA fundraises through the work at the Fontana Speedway. We also plan to include fundraisers at several restaurants.

What are the funds used for?
Currently, these funds only cover the Back to School and the End of Year picnics.

How do I join FSSA?
Parents become members of FSSA when they enroll their children at Sacred Heart School.

Are meetings mandatory?
No, but they are an excellent way to stay involved and connected to what happens at the school.

How do I find out about the meetings?
Flyers may be sent home and/or an IRIS alert will be utilized to inform parents when meetings are held. For meeting records see the "Meetings" tab above.
